In the late summer of 1999, a few members of the Road Hogs HDC Guernsey decided that they wanted to form a back-patch HDC club. After a lot of consideration we broke away from (but maintained good friendship with) the Road Hogs HDC, and put up the Boars Head (Shady) in the form of a traditional three-piece rockers and center-piece patch. As such, the Full-Boar HDC was formed between October and November 1999.
As with everything in life, we looked to further ourselves, and it was in late 2000 that the decision was made to change from HDC to MC as we led 1% lifestyles and followed MC ethics.
As with most clubs, members come and go for one reason or another, but we are proud of the fact that the main core of founder members still remain. In January 2007 talks began with a local club, the Messengers MCC, with whom a strong bond and friendship had been forged over seven years, and they became prospective members. The rest is history, as they say....
We have a nice premises in St. Peter Port, Club 62, which we use for general parties, and gets used most weekends for entertaining friends and associates, and a smaller premises out of town which is our Clubhouse, so you don't need to know about that.....
We organise The Hogwash bikeshow on the third weekend of July every year, and The Oakley Spin annually in aid of The Oakley Waterman Caravan Foundation. Please check back often for details on these upcoming events as we get them.
Please enjoy your visit to our website, and feel free to sign our guestbook.
